**please read carefully as you are agreeing to my terms & policies when booking your appointment** BOOKING: * i am home based so after booking dm or text me with your drivers license photo (appointments without this information will not be accepted) * if you have an inspo photo dm or text a picture when booking to make sure its something i can do / have the materials needed for your set DEPOSITS: * a non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and is applied towards your final total. * any cancellation = lost deposit * rescheduling requires a 48 hour notice * anything after 48 hours will require a new deposit to rebook * no call no shows and cancellations the day of are subject to a cancellation fee of 75% of booked service. RUNNING LATE? * a 10 minute grace period is given to all my clients * after 10 minutes = cancelled appointment or a $20 fee to keep your appointment left to my discretion * please let me know if you think you’ll be late. my appointments are usually booked back to back and it wouldn’t be fair to work into someone else’s appointment time. i know life happens, i just ask for communication <3 REFUNDS * all products and services are non refundable. if you are not 100% satisfied with anything, please let me know right away. i’ll do my best to make any adjustments while you’re here to make sure you leave happy & with beautiful nails. * any issues please send me a dm or contact me directly at 571-269-6149 and i’ll be happy to assist you EXTRA INFO * no extra guests * any appointments outside hours (before or after) are subject to a $45 fee. Off day services are subject to a $75 fee. * i do not work over damaged or injured nail beds — if you’re unsure about your nails feel free to send me a photo! * your nail health is the most important thing to me as a service provider. if you come in with nails that i’m unable to work on i will deny service and offer a treatment plan, at home care tips and discuss a plan to get your nails back to being healthy. i am a beginner depending on the set & service(s) booked, an appointment may take anywhere from 2 to 4+ hours. i will try my best to have you out in a timely manner but the care & quality of my work is important if this is not something you feel you’ll be able to sit through, i may not be the tech for you at this time. for those who decide to book: thank you in advance for being patient with me and trusting me to do your nails 🤍
