Cancellation Policy
BOOKING
* Please send any inspiration photos at the time of booking so I can confirm the design is something I’m able to do and that I have the proper materials.
* Designs, length, and nail condition can affect both pricing and timing.
LOCATION / ARRIVAL
* I am located in a private salon studio.
* When you arrive, please text or message me and wait to be called in.
* This helps me maintain a 1-on-1 experience and avoid overlap while another client is still in my chair.
DEPOSITS
* A non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of booking and goes toward your total.
* Retainer fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations made shortly after booking.
* Any cancellation = loss of retainer.
* Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice.
* Reschedules made within 48 hours of your original appointment require a new retainer.
* No-call/no-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 75% of the booked service.
RUNNING LATE
* A 10-minute grace period is given.
* The grace period applies to arrival AND readiness to begin.
* Time spent getting settled (bathroom, phone calls, etc.) counts toward this window.
* After 10 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled or subject to a $20 fee to continue, at my discretion.
* Please communicate if you are running late—my schedule is often booked back-to-back.
TIME & SERVICE EXPECTATIONS
* Service times are estimates only and may vary.
* Additional time may be required for:
* Repairs (cracks, breaks, damaged nails)
* Length or structure corrections
* Detailed or complex nail art
* By booking, you agree to allow sufficient time for your service.
* If you have a strict schedule, event, or time constraint, I may not be the best fit—or I recommend not booking on the same day as your event.
REFUNDS / SATISFACTION POLICY
* All services and products are non-refundable.
* Refunds are not offered once a service is completed.
* I check in throughout your appointment to ensure you’re happy at every step.
* If you’d like any changes, please speak up during your appointment so I can fix them on the spot.
* Adjustments may be made at my discretion, but refunds will not be issued.
REPAIRS / ISSUES
* Any issues must be reported within 72 hours of your appointment.
* After 72 hours, repairs may be subject to a fee.
* I am not responsible for damage due to improper aftercare.
EXTRA INFO
* No extra guests allowed.
* After-hours appointments: +$45
* Off-day appointments: +$75
* I do not work over damaged or injured nails.
* If unsure, send a photo beforehand.
* I reserve the right to refuse service if necessary and will provide guidance on next steps for nail health.
