Accepting cash, card & apple pay Booking Policies: To provide the best possible experience, please make sure you read through these policies. Booking an appointment is you agreeing to them. Retainer: * A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking and goes towards your total. * Retainer fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations made shortly after booking. Rescheduling: * Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours notice. * Rescheduling after 48 hours requires a new retainer. Cancellations: * Any cancellations = loss of retainer. * No call/no shows and same day cancellations will be charged 75% of the booked service. Punctuality: * A 10 minute grace period is given. * The grace period applies to arrive and readiness to begin. Time spent getting settled (bathroom, phone calls, etc.) counts toward this window. * 10+ minutes late = a $20 late fee and may result in your appointment being canceled if my schedule does not allow me to accommodate you. * If you are 10+ minutes late and I’m unable to accommodate you, this will be considered a same day cancellation/no show and incurs a 75% fee of services booked. Service times: * Service times are estimates only and may vary. Additional time may be required for repairs (cracks, breaks, damaged nails, etc), length or structure corrections, detailed or complex nail art. * If you have a strict schedule, event or time constraint, I may not be the best fit — or I recommend not booking on the same day as your event. Refunds: * All services and products are non-refundable. * I check in throughout your appointment to ensure you’re happy at every step. If you’d like any changes, please speak up during your appointment so I can fix them on the spot. Repairs: Any issues such as polish chips, nail lifting or breaking that happen within 72 hours of the appointment will be fixed at no additional charge. Payments: I accept cash, card and Apple Pay Extra info: * No extra guests allowed * After hours appointments: $45 * Off day appointments: $75 * I do not work over damaged or injured nails. If you’re unsure about the state of your nails, please send a photo beforehand. If you arrive to your appointment with damaged nails that I deem unsafe to work on you will be charged 75% of the booked service. * I reserve the right to refuse service if necessary and will provide guidance on next steps for nail heath. — A Note From Me ♡ I take pride in providing quality work in a private, one-on-one environment where you can feel comfortable and never judged. It does not matter what your nails look like when you come to me. My focus is always on natural nail care, quality work, and creating a healthy routine that works for you. Sometimes it may take more than one appointment to get the results you’re looking for, and that’s completely okay. We’ll take it one appointment at a time and make sure we’re doing what’s best for your nails along the way.
